We achieve this by using our dedicated fleet of specially designed and constructed Breakdown roadside assistance and Breakdown recovery vehicles operating from our specialist facilities in the South Lakes area, Cumbria.

Our technicians are also fully trained to the highest standards with regular certificated updated external training providers.  We operate from TWO specialist centres at Askam-In-Furness adjacent to Barrow in Furness Cumbria and at Crooklands Nr Milnthopre Cumbria M6 J36 adjacent to Kendal, we can get to your incident very quickly.

Our vehicles are all designed and constructed for the situation in hand and to enable us to attend any incident, regardless of where your vehicle is, what position it is in and what the fault may be.

Whether your vehicle is on the roadside with a flat battery or punctured tyre or is off the road and accident damaged, we have the facilities to rectify the problem fast!

Key retrieval

If you are in the unfortunate situation to find your keys have become locked in your vehicle, we can attend your vehicle at the roadside and gain access to retrieve your keys so you can continue your journey.

Due to the complexity of the procedure to retrieve your key we do require a disclaimer to be completed before we can begin the process. This will be discussed with you beforehand.

Fuel decontamination

Everyone makes mistakes. And when mistakes are made, we are here to help. In the unfortunate event of incorrectly fuelling your vehicle, we will drain the incorrect fuel from your vehicle and dispose of the contaminated fuel in a safe and environmentally correct manner.

In order to carry out a fuel decontamination, we have to recover you and your vehicle back to one of our premises where the process will be carried out.

We appreciate that when a vehicle fails it can be stressful. We understand the need to get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible – or taken to a destination of your choice. Our roadside assistance and recovery vehicles have the capability to recover your vehicle and up to six passengers and if necessary we can also recover your caravan or trailer.
